This was the practice where Jimmy the lifeguard demonstrated that he can reverse dive off a block and look great doing it.

Happy Pride 2022! Today’s workout is a distance builder, and is a good opportunity to focus on your technique over a long distance.

We’re not replacing, we’re just existing.

Tonight’s workout was a combo of kicks and pulls (swim) with planks and squats (pool deck). What it lacks in distance it makes up for in strength training.

This was a freestyle technique workout that focuses on working on form.
