Think: building fitness, endurance, and technique without feeling like you\u2019re auditioning for the Olympics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Harder<\/strong> \u2014 A step up for swimmers with some experience who want a little extra spice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Hardest<\/strong> \u2014 For the seasoned swimmers who love all four strokes and aren\u2019t afraid of a challenge. (We see you, overachievers. You might see it as easy, or as daunting. New swimmers struggle their first few practices \u2014 it\u2019s normal, expected, and honestly part of the charm. If you haven\u2019t been swimming regularly, of course it\u2019s going to feel tough.
