Printable version here. For those not in the know, NITROS start at a 20 second interval, and increase by 10 seconds each interval up to two minutes. The swimmer has to pick the length they can swim within the interval.

Swim Lessons?
Since we have had some people join with less swimming experience, I wanted to gauge the interest in having a separate practice for new people to learn the strokes. At my apartment I have access to an indoor 50 ft. (16 yard) pool that gets very little traffic, so I’d be happy to provide a location. I’d like to know if there are (A) people interested in learning and (B) a volunteer to teach. Comment below on if you’re interested in joining or teaching!
